Just for fun holiday club days are covered by Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance. Our coaching staff are all qualified, hold a valid First Aid Certificate, have been police checked, and have attended staff training programme’s to ensure we are offering days that are fun, new and sharing good practice. Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
No refunds will be given*. In some cases you will be given the booking back as a voucher to be used within 6 months at one of our sites. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property. Children attending the courses should not be left unsupervised at the venue until registered by the coach.
*Forced Closure. Due to unforeseen circumstances the sites may be forced to close for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, epidemic, pandemic, virus, plague, disease or due to any other government instructions (or by law) to close, should the site be forced to close for any of these reasons you will be refunded 50% of the monies paid.
Any medical condition which may affect your child’s participation of activities MUST be fully disclosed. We cannot be held responsible for anything that comes to light after the booking is made and may jeopardise any treatment in the event of an accident. The coaches cannot hold valuables or monies on behalf of participants. Just for fun holiday club will not be held responsible for loss/damage/theft of these items.
Photographs: Occasionally we will photograph children at the session, either for use on our social media or promotional material, if you don’t wish your child to be photographed, please indicate when booking on. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
ESSENTIAL – We DO NOT send out confirmations – so please make a note of the dates and times etc. Please accept the PayPal receipt as proof of purchase, unless advised otherwise. We do not give refunds unless the course is cancelled by us – but credit notes may be issued should they be ill and unable to attend.
